We do not accept any returns mainly because these food items comes under non-returnable category. If the return reason is major or any quality related issues have been raised, then the team will make a thorough check on the batch of products. A store credit will be offered in cases which are proved genuine.

Any kind of refunds will be done via Store Credits only. The refund will be added back to your wallet to manage the ease of transactions. Refund for all sodexo payments will happen within 7 working days.

Yes, This will be a good proof for receipt of all items and showing us the receipt of damaged/missing products if any. Without this proof, we will not be able to address concerns on missing items.

All complaints regarding products can be reported within 3 days of receiving the order. Post which, we will not be able to address the complaints.

Our working hours are between 9.00am to 6.00pm. Our customer support also via calls and Whatsapp will be available during these hours. We donot have 2hours support service at the moment

Depending on the Delivery Pin code and the mode of Shipping(Surface/Express), the Delivery timeline may vary from 3-5 working days. Within Bangalore City, The delivery will be done next day.

We are currently tied up with Pickrr Technologies for our area specific deliveries and the most chosen partners are Expressbee, Delhivery, Ekart and DTDC. For pincodes which comes under unserviceable areas, the Delivery will be done via IndiaPost

Yes we ship across India. One may check for pin code serviceability by entering the pin code while placing the order. Incase if the pin code states Unserviceable, then it will be delivered via India Post

Orders above Rs. 1500/- is considered for FreeShipping

Once the order is processed and ready for dispatch, customer receives notifications on mails from time to time. Incase one wants to track the same on the website, then he/she can click on “Track My Order” link in the footer section. Enter the order id and then track.

Please note that Delivery partner who deliver these dry fruits and nuts is a third party vendor and there might be some leads or lags in some cases. In case of such issues, kindly bring it to the notice of the team by contacting 990859698 or by writing to info@hungerpangz.com.

Once we receive the order, the order will be scheduled for pickup within the same day or next day. Orders placed within 2pm today will be scheduled for pickup on the very same day and the ones placed post 2pm will be scheduled for pickup within next day. But in very rare cases, if there is any item which is out of stock or has any issue, the dispatch might delay and the same will be brought to the notice of customer via email or Whatsapp. But within 48 hours all orders will be ensured being picked up by Delivery partner

We donot send any samples, but one may choose to buy 100gs variant to test the quality of products

Kindly do not accept the box if the box seems damaged from outside. You may click images of the box and send the details to us stating that the box was brought to you in damaged condition. You may ask the Delivery person to return the box back to origin on basis of damage.

Depending on the category of the products, the shelf life varies from 6 to 12 months. The same is mentioned in the product packaging.

Recommended to buy in smaller quantities and consume it within short span of time. Within closed airtight containers and good weather conditions one may add to better storage life to the products

Some amount of sugar and sunflower oil is added to berries as part of processing, Because these berries have high moisture content these are easily prone to temperature variations when they are transported. Hence as a part of the processing of these berries , they are dipped in sugar syrups.
